I am on my Droid X with the recent Froyo (2.2) update and when I go to AppBrain to download the Verizon FiOS Mobile Remote and Remote DVR Manager apps, I can find them in the list of available apps but am unable to install them. Are these apps not supported on either the Droid X or 2.2? Seems like other folks were using these apps.
The applications is not supported on the Droid X at this time.
Hi. I find the FiOS remote app is available to download in the Android Market, but still cannot activate it. Can I expect Droid X support for this app soon? Thanks.
I don't have the Fios Mobile Remote app, but the Remote DVR Manager app runs just fine on my X.
wow, after 3 years there is still no answer how to remotely access dvr via smartphone.
Verizon must really be monitoring these questions.
