I turned my phone off to charge it, and a few hours later when I turned it back on, it just froze. It wouldn't let me do anything. I have tried to reset it completely thinking that it was something that I downloaded, and it won't even let me do that. I do not know what to do or how to fix this problem. Any suggestions??
