I turned my phone off to charge it, and a few hours later when I turned it back on, it just froze. It wouldn't let me do anything. I have tried to reset it completely thinking that it was something that I downloaded, and it won't even let me do that. I do not know what to do or how to fix this problem. Any suggestions??

Also, when trying to reset the device, if you're unable to complete the reset following the preferred steps, try resetting following these steps http://bit.ly/UsGS8F.
