Droid X Messaging (red/white mailbox icon)

My messaging app (red/white mailbox icon) that came on my droid X phone that has the universal inbox feature in it where you can have multiple accounts is not working. Since yesterday no emails in none of the added accounts of mine will come in. What is causing this/how can I fix it? It was working fine before yesterday. Checked for updates and it just keeps saying none needed phone is up to date.

Having access to email on the go is awesome! Let's get you back into a mobile email status!

What kind of data connectivity are you seeing (1X, 3G, Wi-Fi)? Are you able to use the web browser just fine? What about your Gmail Email, is that functioning?

Try placing your phone in Safe Mode:

This will temporarily disable all 3rd party apps to ensure they're not causing the difficulty.
