I have a Droid X that I purchased on 11-08-2011 I have been unable to receive MMS or SMS messages from any type of
phone, what is the problem and how to resolve it?
Do you have texting blocked on your account? If you previously blocked texting on your account it will need to be unblocked before it works.
I am getting used to this phone I have been looking for the various controls concerning e-mail and mms, sms.
You can find various settings for these items within those apps.
For instance, if you are in "messaging", press the menu button (the hard button on the bottom left of the phone) and the settings menu will open, revealing that app's settings options.
Also, for email accounts, you will find a few settings in the "accounts" section of the phone's settings. Click the menu button, go to "accounts" and click the account you wish to see the settings in (for instance, "Gmail").
