Does the new Droid X have voice texting like the Incredible?

By the way; what is the screen like in outdoor sunlight? I use my phone outdoors alot and it is important for me to be able to see the screen outdoors, and I know this is an issue with many touchscreen phones. I understand that the AMOLED screen on the Incredible isn't very good outdoors; I'm hoping that since the Droid X is not an AMOLED screen that it will work better outdoors.
