Droid X issue

Hi,

My Droid X beeped as if I received a message.  When I looked at the screen, there were no messages but the screen was frozen with a white halo outlining the entire border.  Has anyone ever experienced this?  I was recently hacked on another Droid 2 line and am now worried about this phone.

If you are worried about data on device you can do a hard reset of device but if the device was attacked from the web it may be a bit harder to inform you how to secure the device, may I ask what method was used and when you say hacked, what exactly are you saying happened to the device?

If you want to reset device you can follow the settings listed here?

Power Device Off First.....

1. Hold Home Button and press power

2. Screen will show a Android with a triangle with astrick

3. Let Go of Home Button and Power

4. Press Volume Up and Down

5. A blue menu will show at top of page, scroll to Factory Reset

6. Select power button to verify

7. Allow format to complete (Information at bottom of page will go through a few steps)

8. Once Format is complete Blue Menu will show at top again, select Reboot

Note: Use volume up and down to select opinion and use power button on top as Enter,,,
