Ordered 2 DroidX on Sept 2 over the phone, money transferred on the 3rd. Have not received a confirmation of order vie email or any other way. Do phone orders take longer to process? I see orders placed after us have been shipped already.
Call Customer Service. I ordered my kids BB's over the phone and didn't get the email confirmation at all, I had to call and inquire and they also provided the tracking number. Just in case, verify your email and shipping address. My order was delayed because they didn't include the apt # and Fedex will not allow you to correct it. I ordered my X online and got my confirmation yesterday that it will arrive tomorrow. Hope that helps :smileyhappy:
soly, when did you order your Droid X ?
I ordered it online 8/25 and was advised it would ship 9/9. However it shipped yesterday and should arrive tomorrow. Can't wait to finally get it.
i just got mine at my office but I'm afraid to set it up as I may not get any work done. So excited!
