Coming from AT&T to Verizon was suppose to be a better experience. The Droid X is fundamentally flaws. It's crash/boot issues are well documented all over the internet. This phone is only 4 months old and act worse than a 3 year old Voyager. Not only that, Verizon's customer service is terrrible and I would rather live in my parents basement then work for them. I have to swap out my droid x with another droid x. This is after I have to perform a master reset and wait a few days. This has been done already but I guess I am jsut a lying customer. Here what is going to end of happening. I am going to drop data plans on all of the phones on my bill by going back to old devices. I do not need the hassle of a {word filter avoidance}
shutting off in the middle of a phone call. I also work in a store where these phones are sold, I can guarantee you that I will push every customer away from Verizon until my issues are resolved. The iPhone on AT&T was a quality phone, yes it had its dropped calls issues. The droid x has dropped more. Try having a convo for 30 mins with 6 dropped calls. That is beyond annoying. I want a different phone and they will not give it to me. So, I will go back to older devices and save myself the hassle. Eventually, the smartphones I do have will be sold to some poor uniformed android fan boy who doesnt care that the phone runs like crap. For $30 a month, the phones should **bleep** excellence on data. You guys are terrible and honestly have done a great deed for me. I realized that I did not need data on my phone and that it is a complete scam. Thank you for hepling break me of my technological dependence.
