Go to the App Marketplace and go to your "download history" or "downloads" (on the X, press the far left button at the bottom of the screen - use both hands, if necessary - sorry, a bad reference to another thread that I had some fun with..
)
On this screen you'll find everything you downloaded from the App Market, including the purchased ones. From there, simply download and install them all....again...as you did the first time....(yes, I had to do this 4 times in a week with an errant Eris back in December....grrr, but necessary).
