Droid X voice command on speaker phone

Is there a way to change the voice command to work on the regular ear instead of the speaker phone?

Don't think so but it works through bluetooth, but maybe not all bluetooth devices might not be the same.

I wont work through ear piece but I believe you can do it through a bluetooth.
