Will the Droid X be able to support a business email account with attachments? If so will you be able to respond to emails? I have had a blackberry for the past 3 years and really need a new phone and was thinking of switching to the new Droid. I don't really use the blackberry except for emails and surfing the web. I usually use my IPAD for apps.etc. Could anyone help me

The server settings is what will determine if you will be able to send from a account on device, blackberry supplies its own server information for its applications that will allow outgoing email. This means that if the email service provider does not grant a outgoing port to be able to send emails you may not be able to send (Receiving shouldn't be a issue at all), you probably should check with your email Service Provider for this answer.

One thing you will have to be aware of is that the Android system is more multimedia/internet/game/fun based than the WinMo or BB system. If you are looking for a diverse Business device, then you might be disappointed with the Droid operating system. However if you are looking for a multi-function multimedia phone that can handle most business apps then you will have a blast with Android.
I've heard it once described as WinMO & BB = Great business devices, and Android = Great for having fun.
