I have a Driod X and It won't work it is Not safe If can't call 911 in an emergancy What the good is this phone I want a different droid phone that works and doesn't Freeze Or I will quit verizion
That phone is over 5 years old now. It might be time.....Besides, it's also over 4 years past its warranty period. That's not Verizon's fault.
You said Verizon is selling a phone they know is not under warranty ... So yes its is Their Fault it's Not mine.. Freezes up and i have to take the battery out every day/ lots of times This Phone is unsafe and I can't count on it to save my life in an emergency I call you out on this....
You aren't calling me out on anything. That phone is sold with warranty, but you are well past that time frame. Unless, you just got it brand new. CPO devices have a warranty, but refurbished units carry on until the end of the original warranty. If you have extended warranty, you have a claim.
