I placed an order online for the Droid X with 2 day shipping when it did not arrive 7/23/2010 I called VZW to inquire about my order. I spoke with a young lady initially who redirected me to a department that handles online orders and to my surprise after calling the 800 number she gave me it was the wrong number or the department simply does not exist. I called VZW again this time a young man stated his system indicated tthere were no problems, the phones were in stock and Droid X should tonight before 1900. Needless to say it never came. I have not received a confirmation saying it has been shipped and I told all this to the young and who reinerated that was nothing to concern myself about I could expect the phone tonight. I do not know whats going on. I see others are waiting for this phone as well. Is the phone on back order? Perhaps I should cancel my order and try to get it from the store. Does anyone know how long it will take before the phones are shipped.
