(rant: I am amazed that people don't use the Search feature of this forum - if YOU are having a problem, it has likely been encountered by many other people. GB has been in the public domain since beginning of June).
OK, off rant ... 
Many people of had good luck doing the following ...
1 - Try a CLEAR CACHE procedure (use SEARCH up above to find it)
if THAT doesn't solve your issues.
2 - Factory Reset (again, use SEARCH) -- this is what Verizon will do if you get them involved anyway.
if you can't find those procedures, give us a yell-out and we'll point you to them.
