Droid calendar entries delete on sync

When I first got my Motorola Droid, I downloaded the Google Calendar Beta Sync Software to sync with my Outlook computer on my PC. I have 2-way sync set on the Google Calendar software. I then sync my Outlook Calendar to Time Matters, which is our primary work calendar. Over the past few months I have noticed new entries made on my phone into my calendar disappear upon connecting to my computer. They both erase off the phone, and do not transfer into my Google Calendar on my PC. Does anyone know how to correct this problem?

The best solution for synchronizing your Time Matters calendar (and contacts) is via the Time Matters Exchange Synchronization utility. Of course this requires that you migrate from Google Calendars to Exchange.
