I highly doubt it but at this point its hard to say... The Sense 3.5 is just a modified version of 3.0 and the information about it working on older devices seem a bit strange because it has all the same widgets and interface that I do not see enough coding difference to believe it will work sell on device plus it uses more storage and the Inc2 has only about a gig of free storage internal and I would see a low storage issue on the Incredible 2.
