My phone suddenly went black and now it has the red thing in the middle of the diamond thing like when it is coming on or going off but its wo'nt go on or off. I held the power button for a very long time...at least 10 seconds and it won't turn off. I was thinking I could turn it off and reboot it but it won't go off. It has an internal battery so I can't pull the battery out. It was running a little slow just before this happened. I can't find a reset button either. What should I do?
