so i bought my droid on nov. 6. if the htc dragon or passion or whatever it's called comes out soon, i want to get that instead. Basically, how long do i have to return the droid if that comes out?

There was some small print that said " Return policies may vary..."

Best thing: Call them, mention the worry free guarantee, and ask.  Good luck.
