Drop calls and slow or no internet

I am having a serious problem with drop calls, I have tried the #228 and no help also the internet has gotten real sow.:smileysad:

I would say you probably have an app or apps causing some conflic tap you menu >then settings >Application >Manage application on ever one of your Downloaded apps you have touch on em after that clear the cache on every one of them .

 

try that. its been a while since i told any one this but if you have Task killer get rid of it can cause issues.

 

on your internet . tap on your internet an just like a computer you need to clear some things here's how again tap you internet icon. it'll bring you to the main paige Google u then want to touch menu > a white list will appear > scroll down too settings > then you'll again will scroll your page up . You'll come to Privacy Configuration . there you'll see 6 things to clear . tap em an clear every one of them an thats it . Hit your back button then you home.Button

 

Give your internet a try an see if its a little faster.   Do this then give me post let me know if it helped or not.

 

Gordond when you do your 228 do a *228 then 1 to do a reset of the phone  or a *228 then 2 to do a PRL update
