Hello. I am also having horrible dropped call issues. About 50% of the calls I make from my house that are over 2 minutes long are dropped. I live in central San Francisco. A Verizon rep offered to sell me a mini tower to boos t my reception, but I don't feel I should hve to pay extra to receive the service I'm already paying for. I'll re-iterate that i live in a major metropolitan area with a clear view of the sky. Calls in my house and all throughout my neighborhood drop frequently. Any help appreciated. I've done all the resets, power cycling, etc to no avail.

I too have dropped calls, I tried calling *611 three or four times today and it took over 30 to 45 seconds to connect and then dropped after less than a minute. All this at my home address, that when I look it up on Verizon coverage map shows as in good LTE for data and digital for phone and even 3G, they are alos trying to sell me a box to attach to my internet for a service that they are supposed to be providing................I have tried resetting network and rebooting and everything I can do, to no avail, Verizon has no answer for me.
I even now have friends call me and say that I didn't answer my calls.......
Any suggestions
I too am near a major area, Tampa and maps looked good for coverage, is why I switched to Verizon, can you hear me now?
