Hi everyone I'm a brand new Verizon customer and I am on my second droid 2 as of right now the first one had a screen defect and was replaced very easily but now my second one does have some dust under the glass on the screen so that I can not wipe it off. When I'm using my phone from a normal distance it isn't visible. So I have not taken it back to the store since I can't see it under normal usage.
My question is could the dust continue to accumulate and eventually become an issue that affects my enjoyment of the phone?
And should I mention it to the store when Im in the area?

Why wait until it becomes a problem. Replace it NOW before it is a problem.

I guess my main concern is if I go into the store and they say they don't see anything or its not an issue. I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask.

If you can see it, they should see it. If it causes problems later, I can promise you, they will NOT be as willing to exchange it. Do it now before it is just "another used phone".

Might have to have the phone replaced anyway noticed that when im on a call it almost sounds like something is resonating inside the earpiece rather annoying especially when I happen to dial an automated system.

People are the Verizon store should be able to try to remove the dust IF they have the right tools. I found a youtube video of a guy cleaning his blackberry Storm phone. I wouldn't recommend removing the piece(s) yourself unless your really tech savy.
