When in e-mail, and I select Folders, my Trash has hundreds in it.  How can I select all and delete them all?  (I can select each one and delete, but that will take all day).  Thanks,

you have to delete them from the web version of Gmail, not the App
if you do delete them from the app, they do not get deleted from the Gmail server
Weird, I know, I believe there should be an 'empty trash' button as well

Great answer.   Do you know of a way we can do the same thing for an email account that is NOT gmail?
