Ear Speaker Quit Working after Reboot

My daughter's Incredible had app issues, some google app which we couldn't delete because it was part of VERIZON'S SOFTWARE  kept popping up every few seconds even after hitting cancel.

So we call Verizon and first thing he says we have no known issue, well do a search on google and you will find others with a similar problem. So we start off with a LIE. Anyhow they had us do this and that then finally a complete reboot, his words were the app which has to be on the phone for it to work with Verizon has been corrupted, OK. After about ten minutes the phone is like new. He gives us a number to call to make sure it works and it seems to, we have the phone on speaker so all three of us can hear it. OK Problem is after we hang up she calls a friend and the ear speaker doesn't work! A call back and they have no idea why?!?!?!?!? Well it worked before the reboot and new software so it must be a SOFTWARE problem, Well this is our phone that we have had for years, no contract, well if VERIZON'S software screwed the phone shouldn't they be RESPONSIBLE? So we now have a phone that has no ear speaker, THANKS AGAIN VERIZON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any ideas would be appreciated since Verizon has no clue other then their app is corrupted?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Try downloading a third party app called Speaker Cleaner from the Google Play store.
