Email Sync Issues - No Delete From Server Option

In setting up a POP3 account - using Comcast email, the email account does get created and you can send and receive email. The issues is when deleting, it will not delete from the server. In the options it has delete 1 week and older but no option to delete from the server. So there is no real sync here. Anyone seeing the same issue, any apps to fix?

Ok, great, I just fired up K-9 and does in fact delete from the server. Will have to go through all the settings to tweek things, but this works great so far. Thanks again...

Lots of people use K-9 in place of the stock email app.
I don't use K-9 because I have separate folders and K-9 doesn't allow me to move emails between folders using pop3.
If you don't have any extra folders or need to move emails around, K-9 might be for you.
It will delete emails from the server.
You could also look into maildroid. I don't use it because it doesn't sort the emails.
