My Droid has never been good at downloading e-mails. It is set for "every 5 minutes." Now it only downloads when it is turned on after it has been completely powered down. HELP.
Try doing a soft reset on the phone.
Soft ResetPress the Power key. Touch Power off. Touch OK. Press the Power key to power on the device.
Then dial *228 send and option 1 on the phone. If the problem persists try manually syncing the Gmail account or removing the email account on the device, then re-adding the account.
