I can receive email messages via MSN but can't send..Just started acting up 3 days ago

if you have server addresses for send/recieve, make sure the send/smtp address is correct, also confirm the login/password is correct for the send server address.

Are you still having issues with sending email via MSN? What happens when you try sending an email? Are you getting an error message?

bearone21 provided a good tip. Did you check the server addressed to make sure set up correctly?
