My email disappeared. Now I'm trying to set it back up. I get the message my PIN expired. What PIN? Where do I get it and were do I put the PIN back in?

I am also receiving the same message when logging into my gmail account 503 30383. I got around it for now by registering a new pop mail account. I had to manually input the settings. All other types of mail yield this message,
