Spontaneously, without my having changed any settings or pushed any buttons, my emails quit showing up. This is the second time it has happened. I have not received any emails on my phone for two days.
I know I have received emails because I can see them on my desktop. I took out the battery and replaced it with no effect.
As some others might know, the problems with this Droid Incredible (as in incredibly terrible) 2 are rampant. The poor reception issue has never been resolved.
But this post is about not receiving my emails.

On you incredible 2 you can 1 to 2 things if its your gmail thats not receiving emails do the following
1. Go to Gmail open it , Hit menu then Refresh
2. Hit Menu >settings > Applications >Manage Applications > Clear Cache/ Data Force Close
Hit the Home button an then reopen Gmail an see how it works if it Ok then its fixed
If its yahoo Hit your Menu >settings >Aplications > Manage Applcations > Clear Cache / Data the Force Close. then hit the
home button.
After trying each suggestion power the phone off & then back on an see if this resolves your issue.
If not lets us Know as we can try something els....... An good luck too ya B33

I apologize for not being specific. The emails are AOL, which is the email address I have set up to go to my phone.

Hello shelleyb2 and thank you B33 for your input. I would like to suggest that you check the email settings for your AOL account. If the setup is correct, my next suggestion would be to remove the account and re-add.
