Error Loading Weather widget when docked

I just got the multimedia dock for the Droid X and the weather widget fails to load. Any ideas how to repair this and make it work?

Thanks for any help in this, love the device as I gave up my iPhone for this and will never go back!!!

The same thing happened to mine when I put it in the dock for the first time. I took it out and turned it off and back on and put it back on the dock and it loaded. I don't know if that was the solution or coincidence. But, it worked for me.

Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work. Any other ideas out there,,,a little frustrating

Okay, just found the answer with the help of Google...

1 } While docked, press the widget and hold...drag to trash

2 } Hold finger in spot where widget was. menu will appear to "Add to Desk Home"

3 } Select "Dock Widgets"

4 } Select "Weather" (as in my case) or whatever widget was having trouble loading.

So simple. Thanks to all who have helped and I hope this helps others!

I am sorry. That is exactly what I did when it would not load.

My shut down solution was for when my phone froze when I took it our of the dock. I got confused.
