After my first full day using a Droid, I am having some issues with the Exchange client. For the most part I am impressed with how this works, but have three significant issues.
- Is there any way to disable/change/remove the Delete button on the bottom left corner of each message? I accidentally deleted about a half dozen messages today!!!
- Viewing messages in other Exchange folders works great, but is there any way to move messages from one folder to another - moving from Deleted items especially (see #1)?
- Attachments don't work - I have seen other posts mentioning the problem is related to SSL - any additional info on this?
TIA

There is a problem with the Verizon Driods Exchange operation. The Sprint Hero had the same problem when it first came out (would not sync contacts and problems with downloading attachments) Sprint has since corrected the issue - this is the same issue with the Verizon Driods - Verizon is working on it but it will not be fixed until late Jan 2010.
A work around is to download Exchange by Touchdown from the Market. This program will allow to download attachments and move emails between folders and all the other things you may want to do.
Hopefully Verizon will fix it soon but do not count on it - Don't waste your time call Verizon support they have do idea about the issue or what is happening - it fact the only thing they could offer me is the fine print in the user agreement - No seriously that is what they said. Good luck and hope helps.
