Exchange Sync not syncing All Address Books

I am setting up syncing to my Samsung Charge.  I am able to sync my e-mail and calendar and main contacts.  But I have other Address Books in Exchange which I need to have sync'd as well.  I had it working on my Droid X, but can get it working on the Charge.  Any ideas?

Hmmm...you may have to talk to your ES administrator and find out if there is anything different about the other address books that might prevent sychronization.

 

As to the screenshot, here is what I do (others have different methods).  I take the screenshot and save it to my computer.  I then upload it to the images area of my profile on this website.  To access your profile, click on your screen name in the upper left of this page, and scroll down to Images, then click to show all images.  You can add from there.  To insert an image from your profile page, click the button in the rich text window of the editor (the app you use when you are preparing a post), then click on the tab "From My Uploaded Images", then choose the image to insert.

Dear BumpaRoy,

 

What steps have you taken to configure your Exchanger Server email account on the Charge?  Do you recall what steps you took when you set up similar accounts on the Droid X?  Did you get your main contacts folder in Exchange Server to sync with the Charge?  Where in the folder tree on ES are the other contacts folders you want to sync?  Are these contacts folders all associated with your main email account?

New screen name, old one got hosed.

 

Anyway, I don't remember what different steps I took on the Droid X.  I don't recall anything special.  All of these other folders show up on my web-based exchange account, so you think they would sync, only the corporate contacts are syncing.

 

Those folders are at the same level as the Contacts which are syncing.  I'd attach a screen shot, but I don't see how to do that.
