FRG01B - cannot connect to Exchange email

Hi
My Droid just prompted me with the OTA update and after installing it, I cannot seem to connect to the corporate exchange email server. I have tried reseting the device, removing the account and adding it back on - but every time it comes back with error "unable to open connection to server".
I was using this email account without any problems till this update.
I've also tried accepting the certificate using OWA and then tried configuring Exchange as normal to no avail. Any help appreciated.

Same thing happened to me last week. I called support last monday, they forwarded me on to Motorola. Motorola promised a call back with the hour - which NEVER happened. I called again today, moto promised a call back in 3-4 hours - that was 5 hours ago.

Verizon and moto cannot get those settings for you.

I sent the IT guys both PDF files recommended by Verizon and Motorola support. They made the changes to the exchange server. It did not fix the problem.
I now have 3 phones that have been updated to 2.2 that have broken exchange email. Touchdown is the only thing that is working, but I don't want to spend another $20 to fix something that Verizon and Motorola BROKE.

Make sure you exchange servers have a valid certificate. That seems to be the problem most people are running into.
