When I purchased my droid a month ago, all the pics on facebook for the live/news feed were showing up perfectly. About 2 weeks ago, none of the pictures display. They only have a "x" next to the update. At the bottom of my profile page, there is an option that shows:
Photos: Off - On - Max.
The setting is set to On.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

Have you tried a battery pull? If that doesn't work you may want to reset the application by clearing the application data in the application manager.
This will delete any files, settings, accounts, etc.. from the Droid:
Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > *Menu Key* > Filter (Select All) > Go to Facebook > Clear Data.

I download the dolphin browser and use it on m.facebook.com. It beats the built in facebook app or the other one available through the market. Built in explorer acts weird on facebook site for some reason.
You can also link any contacts to their facebook through the phone and add them to a facebook contact group. When my phone tells me they have updated, I access the group and list the people and check out the list my phone gave me on who updated what. Each contact you can view updates on the bottom tab and the next one to the right you can check out their photos. I love it.
