Facebook Problem

Every time since last evening that I try to access Facebook I get a message "Error occurred while fetching data. (500 Internal Server error)" and the page returns "No Content". I have deleted the App twice and shut the phone off with no results. I should add that  News Feed is the only thing that does this. The other 8 spots on the menu work OK. Any ideas? My computer has no problem.

Anyone have any ideas?? This went away on it's own for a while and now it's back.

Yeah, I got some ideas...

The Facebook app for Android is and has always been garbage. I've installed it and un-installed it so many times, there's a trail to and from my phone that has "Facebook" on the corners.

I use the mobile touch website instead of the app.

What exactically do you mean by the mobile touch website and where do I find it? Is it an app? I'll try it. Thanks

I see it and am connected that way. Much better. I just couldn't find where the button was. I'll junk the App.  Thanks much!

I'm glad you were able to find the site and I'm sorry I wasn't more specific about finding it.

I keep trying the app in hopes that it will be right one day. But no luck for me just yet.

Also, the app will keep updating itself, using battery power (probably not a lot in the grand scheme of things, but...). The website will be like, well, opening any webpage.
