Facebook for Android

I have the Facebook for Android on my phone screen. How do i get to the facebook page that allows me to IM, check in to places? I called 611 and he couldnt tell me.

open the fb app. it usually opens to the news feed page. hit the back arrow and it returns to the app's home page. it has chat, profile, places, messages, etc.

Yes, using FB does consume data unless you are connected via wi-fi. However, you can check your data usage at any time by dialing #DATA.
