Finding a phone number

I am having an issue at work where a client is claiming that I never contacted them to pay a balance that is due to us...so I am trying to look up when I called them between the months of May and August of 2012....How do I go about doing that if when I look online now it only goes as far back as the last billing cycle.

Go to View Bill and use the drop-down for the months you want to check. Then either use View Printable Bill or the Usage Detail tab to search for the number you're trying to find.

Tikibar1 is correct (thanks). You can conveniently log in to My Verizon to view the last 12 months of call details by going to: I want To…> Bill> From the drop down box select the bill you’d like to view.> Usage Details. I’m sure you’ll find this information helpful. Have a great day!
