Freezing and Battery Issues

Every once in a while my screen will freeze and I have to hit the lock button and then unlock it and it works fine. Recently its been to the point where I have to remove my battery to get it to unfreeze and then I get the gray battery with error message over that, I don't know what to do or what's causing this...Any suggestion?

My incredible has been freezing very frequently as well. I haven't had to remove my battery yet. However, I do have to press the lock button and then unlock it and it seems to be ok.

I understand it is very inconvenient to have your device constantly freeze, especially when you have to reboot to get it to un-freeze. Do you restart your device(s) regularly? (Like once a week.) Since Smartphones are like mini computers, it is important to restart them and clear the memory regularly. If you don't, they will start freezing, and even draining the battery life faster. To Restart the device, press the button at the upper right corner of your device for about 2-3 seconds, select Restart when prompted.
