I have Froyo installed on my Incredible, but everytime i try to connect to my wireless N router it goes to

"Scanning", then "Connecting", then Obtaining IP Address for ...Network.

It never connects, just keeps repeating above.

My wireless Router is a Belking and the security is set as

Security Mode-                 WPA-PSK(No Server)

Authenitication-                WPA2-PSK

Encryption Technique-   AES

PSK -                                ........................

Anyone have any ideas?

Just tested on my Incredible with 2.2, and it connected to my N router without issue. There's a number of factors, but you should start with double-checking the password you entered on the phone. Sounds silly, I know, but it could have been entered wrong or been corrupted somehow. Try unsecuring your network temporarily too; if that does work, lock it back down again and see if you can connect again. If there's another network you can try nearby, give that a try.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion Heltsley,  I have entered the password a couple times just to make sure i didnt fat finger it.

I will give the unsecured thing a try.

I have 2 wireless networks in my house and the other network the phone connects to fine, but its not wireless N, its G.

N seems to be a real hassle with these Android phones, some work without issue, others are total no-shows, there are posts on the DX thread complaining of similar issues. The N protocol seems to be fussy with N and N/G routers but all seem to be fine with just G ones.

Get into the router on your computer and find the wireless security key. Not the key under the router.
Oh man this was talked about once before and I can't recall how we figured it out. Search the forums here and see if you can find the thread.

reset your router back to factory and redo the setup.  I had this problem with my AEBS and it corrected my issue with the Nexus One when I had it.
