Hello,

Thank you Community Members for providing assistance. It is very much appreciated.

If you have received email from your GMAIL account to your device previously, I would power off your device and turn it back on. If this doesn't resolve the problem, I recommend checking your GMAIL account settings to ensure POP3 or IMAP is enabled, or simply use the GMAIL application already installed on your device. More information can be found at the link below:

Another troubleshooting tip is to delete the email account from your device and re-add.  A helpful tool for your device can be found at the web link below:

Thank you.

I recommend checking our incoming and outgoing email settings. I have listed the steps below.

  1. From the home screen, select the applications tab (located on the bottom of the display).

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Accounts.

  4. Select the email account. You will have four different options in your settings to check. Ensure the green check mark is marked enabling the setting.

General settings

  1. Verify the General settings.
    • Account name
    • Real name
    • Email address
  2. Select Ok.

Incoming server

  1. Select mail server.
  2. Verify the server type.
    • POP mail server
    • IMAP mail server
  3. Verify the incoming server information.
    • Server
    • Port
    • Username
    • Password
  4. If applicable, select Use secure connection.
Note Enabled when a green check mark is present.

  5. If applicable, select Verify Certificate.
Note Enabled when a green check mark is present.

  6. Select Ok.

Outgoing server

  1. Verify the outgoing server settings.
    • SMTP server
    • Port
    • Username
    • Password
  2. If applicable, select Use secure connection.
Note Enabled when a green check mark is present.

  3. If applicable, select Verify Certificate.
Note Enabled when a green check mark is present.

  4. Select Ok.

 Other Settings

  1. Select the Number of messages to sync drop-down.

  2. Select one of the following settings:
    • 25
    • 50
    • 100
  3. Select Ok.

First, try turning off your phone and then restart it. That usually works. I would also go into settings and make sure that the Sync Gmail check is a bright green. Settings>Accounts>Gmail, and check the four synch buttons.
