Gallery Widget - Bionic

I'd like to know how the gallery widget is supposed to work . I see settings that lead me to believe the widget should scroll through photos, but it just shows me one. If I open the widget (which takes me to the gallery) and the click the "back" button to return to the home screen, the widget will show me the next photo.

Just wondering if this is supposed to be a static picture frame or if the widget is supposed to cycle through photos.

When I touch the gallery icon on my home page, several options are shown as well as a collage of photos. One of the options is "My Library". When I touch "My Library" two albums appear; one contains videos and the other my still photos. When I touch either of those, all are shown in a thumbnail view and I simply touch one to enlarge it. I hope this helps. This all assumes that you have installed the gallery widget on your homepage.
