Game apps

Okay, so I know I don't know what I am doing.  But it looks like when I go to download an app I am giving them permission to read my email, know my GPS location, and read my texts etc.  Am I not understanding this?  Is there a way to download a game without giving them game people permission to view everything on your phone?

No, if those are the permissions requested, you can't install without giving them. They're not usually malicious, but make sure to read the comments and, if you're still unsure, it may be best to find something different.
