I recently got the droid charge and have been getting duplicate messages anyone else having this problem?
I am getting them too-started about a week ago
I have had this problem but not all the time its seems I can go weeks without duplicates and then one day I'll get like a duplicate it's very weird.

I apologize for the delayed response. I have come across some instances of duplicate messages on the Droid Charge and would like to help the community as well. To confirm, is this only when receiving text or also picture messages? Does it seem like there is any consistency on where these messages are coming from? Are they being received from certain users or from a certain carrier? If you would like to troubleshoot further please PM me your name and cell #. I am certain we can get resolve these messaging issues.
I've been randomly getting duplicate text messages too.....only texts and they occur within 1 minute of the first one. From multiple carriers too.

This is a known, much-reported, issue with several Android phones. It has been said that Google is working on a fix for the stock messaging application. However, it seems using a 3rd party messaging application (Handcent, Chomp, Go Sms) is a temporary work around.
THe only tiem I ever had that issue was with my ex and his friend which bth had Boost Mobile. SOem reaosn I always got duplicates from them when they were home.
