Phone is a week old with hardly any apps. Getting this error when trying to make calls. Contacts have disappeared. Also getting a google error as well. Any ideas? Thanks.
That's very frustrating to get a error when trying to make a outbound call. That's a very peculiar error message. I would be glad to help with this issue. I've researched this error message with HTC. Did this start after downloading a particular application? Please make sure you back up your device with your gmail account. Can you see your contacts on gmail? HTC recommends wiping the device and restarting. Please master reset the device and retry. Click here for master reset instructions
