This issue has been widely reported. Several things to try.
- remove your email act and readd it.
- add the Power Control widget to any of your screens and make sure theRe is a green line under SYNC. You can remove the widget after confirming it is turned on.
Try that first.

Me too.. This problem seems to occur with Yahoo based email accounts.. My corporate and gmail account are fine.
This has been reported by others at other Droid forums. Hope there is a solution soon.

I too had that problem with my Yahoo e-mail account after the GB update. I did exactly what Cody21 suggested and e-mail is being downloaded automatically as before the update, Fetch schedule every 30 min. and Data Push checked in settings. Everything is good once again. Like he says it has been reported before...

my yahoo email account (sbcglobal.net) does not show up on the accounts list...
so I cant even get to delete since I cant find it... my other accounts are there (gmail, corporate). Tried entering it as a new account but get the message that the account already exists.. Mind boggling. I looked in the file list and dont know whether I can manually delete a file to zap the account and start over. very frustrating.

Did you by chance restore from a backup recently because I have seen that happen before when I restored a backup to a upgraded device. I think I cleared cache from Settings / Accounts / Mange Accounts / All Tabs and Email and then I could reenter all my accounts again but I havent had this issue for some while so I am unsure...

went to settings/accounts -->takes me to "my accounts" ..there is no "all Tabs and Email" and no link other than to "add account"
thanks for your help.

Wipe System Cache
- Power off
- Power On Holding Home Key
- When Andy with Exlamation Point Shows up Press BOTH Volume keys
- Use Volume Keys to navigate to "wipe cache partition" and tap power button to select
- Wait for it to finish and select reboot system

Cody21... Thank you for the instructions for wiping the system cache.. now I know where to find other system tools I will need
Unfortunately, I still cannot see one of my yahoo email accounts in the accounts list so I cant delete it. Might have to do a hard reset and wipe the system clean and then recover .... I will keep trying to figure it out.
