Okay now I'm really confused. My wife and I bought DX's the same day. Never have done anything to them to violate TOS (don't even understand how to root...) I did delete a few bloatware items like Madden, and now I can't update to GB. My wife's phone undated automatically and is running fine. Anybody have any suggestions; tried the wifi off for social media trick, connected the phone to home wifi still no dice...um....HELP!!!!!
