Has anybody heard if the Droid X will be upgraded to a true global phone with 4 bands of coverage? I blelive that it is only a 3 band phone currently.

Haven't heard this information but unless this can be done through a software upgrade I don't see it happening, you can not receive a signal the device receiver isn't designed to work with unless the signal is on a similar bandwidth wave signal.
Thank you for the reply. Actually what I am asking is if anybody has heard if Motorola is going to make a Droid X in the near future that has 4 band capability? Just wondering if there was any buzz about it out there.
