Gmail quits as it is loading inbox

Gmail all of a sudden quits as it is loading messages. Sometimes it will load the first 5 or so and then if I try to scroll down, it says loading and then quits or it just quits right away. What gives? Everything was fine until today....

Mine started having problems yesterday for the first time and today my phone doesn't ring anymore. I am told I would have to do a hard reset on the phone to correct both of these problems. I think next time I will hold off before rushing to buy a new product that comes out on the market. Very inconvenient to have to deal with this.

In my case, this was an issue with particular email message(s). Try to delete messages that may have been received or sent since the inception of the issue.
