Google Voice Search On the DX is broken...

after using the voice dialing feature (get a bluetooth device, long press the button, say "text Soandso"), Voice search as well as the keyboard voice to text no longer function.

It will act like it will work, but the DX will no longer "hear" or record any sound, making these features useless

Are there not mods on this forum? At least acknowledge the fact that this is a problem?

Try deleting the Voice Commands Application Data Files:

Press the Menu key on the home screen and select Settings.

Select Applications. 

Select Manage applications. 

Press the Menu to display the options menu.

Select Filter and select All from the Select filter options.

All application installed on the device will be shown in the Manage application screen after.

Scroll down the list and select Voice Commands.

This will launch the application information screen for the Voice Commands application.

Under storage section, click on the Clear data button.

Select Ok on the Delete dialog.

Then try using the Voice Commands  Applications again.

You seem to have miss construed the meaning of my post. This is not a problem with my DX it's a problem with all of them. I have gone to the local verizon store and tested this on multiple phones.

I would just like to make sure verizon is aware of this issue so that it might be fixed in a future patch.
