Google error message
When I click on the Market app a message comes up, Google sign-in you entered the wrong password or your account has changed. Please re-enter your password. To my knowledge I haven't changed my password. How can I retrieve the password?

Hi Bturn! I see that you're encountering something that occurred on my wifes Droid 2 Global so I can help you. What you're experiencing is the result of a corrupt application. We performed a master reset of her phone and it works fine now. Please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that you know your Gmail user ID and password before proceeding
  2. From the home screen, touch Menu
  3. Touch Settings 
  4. Touch SD & phone storage
  5. Touch Factory data reset
  6. Tap Reset phone
  7. Tap Erase everything
  8. Device will begin to reset

This process may take up to 10 minutes, so be prepared to be without device access for that time. It will not erase your media (pictures, music, videos), but you will need to reset your device's personalization. Thanks!
